Injection Magnet is produced by using magnetic particle and mixed plastic powder with tooling, and then all kinds of shapes can be designed. They have three under main advantages compared with other magnets:
First: complicated shape magnets can be made by tooling.
Second: Easy to assembly with other parts and hard to crack.
Third: Magnetic Properties and working-temperature stable.
Remarks: Nowadays injection magnet’s magnetic material have Ferrite, NdFeB, SmCo and SmFeN, and plastic powder can be PA6,PA12 ,PPS and etc. We welcome you to contact us with samples or drawings.
